Quality
All products offered at Fyrebrick are new. LEGO sets are packed in the original packaging. Older LEGO sets may have minor damage to the box due to age. Loose LEGO parts have been sorted from new sets.
Delivery times
The delivery time of your order depends on the payment method. Partial deliveries are not shipped, an order is shipped in its entirety. The delivery time applies from the date your payment is received. All our products indicate how many pieces we can supply directly from stock.
Payment
Payment is made in advance. You have 7 days to complete your payment, after which we will cancel the order! Before we do this, we will send you payment reminders. We accept various payment methods.
Liability
The content of this site has been compiled with the utmost care. However, Fyrebrick cannot provide any guarantees regarding the nature, accuracy or content of this information. Fyrebrick is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information in its website or mailings.
Privacy
By creating an account, your personal data will be included in the customer database. All data you provide to us will only be used for internal and automatic processing in the context of responsible customer management and sales operations, such as order processing and customer management. We do not provide data to third parties that affect your privacy, you will not receive unsolicited e-mail (spam) from us, with the exception of important communications.
Other provisions
By placing an order, each customer agrees without reservation to the above terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
Personal data, data privacy and control
Merijn De Smet Comm V collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with all relevant data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and relevant national data protection laws.
Merijn De Smet Comm V may disclose and/or make your personal data available to other members of Fyrebrick, to our suppliers and/or service providers in connection with the general operation of the Program, such as the maintenance of the Program, for analysis tasks, for marketing tasks and such. In addition , Merijn De Smet Comm V may process your personal data in non-identifiable, aggregated, pseudonymised or anonymized form for the purpose of administering, further developing and marketing the Program.
Please note that certain Rewards or promotions or offers are operated by independent third parties and provided to Fyrebrick and may be subject to separate privacy provisions that require you to provide separate consent to the use of personal data.
Check
Fyrebrick reserves the right to audit any account in the Program at any time without notice to the Participant to ensure compliance with the rules of the Program.
If an audit reveals any discrepancies or violations, we may delay the processing and/or use of points or Rewards until the discrepancies or violations are resolved to our reasonable satisfaction. During any such audit and until the results of such audit are available, we may, in our sole discretion, prohibit Participants from redeeming Points and using any Rewards, services or benefits in connection with the Program.
Fyrebrick also reserves the right to exchange information with Fyrebrick entities, with the Fyrebrick LEGO Shop with trusted partners and with service providers or their agents for audit purposes.
PROGRAM DISRUPTIONS AND PROCEDURE
The LEGO Group is not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, ISPs, websites or other connections; nor for miscommunication, incorrect, confused, scrambled, encrypted or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; nor for technical malfunctions, defects, difficulties or other errors of any kind; nor for incorrect or inaccurate registration of information or failure to register information. Furthermore, the LEGO Group is not responsible or liable for computer, programming or printing errors or for the issuance of unintended Points or Rewards. Under no circumstances will the LEGO Group be liable for, and you expressly release the LEGO Group from any claims relating to, the issuance of unintended Points or Rewards. If the Program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to errors of any kind, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of the LEGO Group that prevent or affect the administration, safety, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Program, the LEGO Group reserves the right to cancel the Program at its sole discretion, terminate, modify or suspend or otherwise respond to the circumstances as the LEGO Group deems appropriate. In the event that the LEGO Group is prevented from continuing the Program in the manner set forth herein due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, man-made epidemic, earthquake , explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, act of an enemy of the state, malfunction of a satellite or equipment, riot or civil disobedience, terrorist threat or act of terrorism, war (declared or undeclared), or law of any national state or local government, order, regulation, health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the LEGO Group (any of which is force majeure), the LEGO Group shall have the right to modify the Program in whole or in part , suspend or terminate.
Any attempt by you to gain access to the Program via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in your ineligibility to participate in the Program. The LEGO Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and exclude from participation any person who (i) manipulates the operation of the Program; (ii) act in violation of these Program Terms or in violation of the LEGO Terms and Conditions or in violation of any other included terms; (iii) act in an unethical or disruptive manner; (iv) act with the intent to harass, abuse, threaten or intimidate the LEGO Group, its agents or any other person connected in any way with the Program; (v) manipulate, change or attempt to manipulate the Points Standings; (vi) Manipulate, modify, attempt to modify, create, attempt to create or duplicate items; (vii) conspire or attempt to conspire with one or more Program account holders to gain an unfair advantage by sharing knowledge or other information to earn Points.
Miscellaneous
Law, competent court
To the extent that applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Participant is located conflicts with the term of this Agreement, we will comply with the requirements of applicable law.
